AG Neovo F-417 Monitor

I have a AG Neovo F-417 LCD monitor that no longer will go into standby mode (orange led) when the computer shuts off nor will it come on when the computer starts up. The green power light flashes on and off in both instances. I can get the monitor to come on if I repeatedly press one of the front panel buttons the activate the On Screen Display. I have attached a jpg of the internals and am assuming that I need to replace all the caps on the power supply board; do you happen to have a kit for this monitor? Any information that you can supply would be deeply appreciated.

This is just to update my AG Neovo F-417 Monitor problem. I repaired it by replacing C-827 (1000 mfd 10 v). There are a total of 6 capacitors on this power supply board that should be replaced: C-823, C-824, C-825, C-827, C-828, and C-901. I tried to order the replacements through Corporate Computer but they never arrived so I got them elsewhere. The repair was extremely easy and I sent pictures and the disassembly and repair procedure to Corporate Computer. Maybe they will post them in the future.
