Capacitor choices...

So in the process of choosing the capacitors for fixing my monitor I ran across two difference models of the capacitor I need within the same series of capacitors. I was looking for a 1000uf 16v capacitor on the Panasonic FC datasheet and found 2. One has the dimensions of my original capacitor but there is another with 5mm more on the length and 220 higher ripple current value. Now I would like to get the higher ripple current one but the difference in dimension has me worried. Is the difference in dimension anything to worry about as far as functionality (space is not an issue) or should I just get the one with the original dimensions even though it has the lower ripple current value?
