hp 2408 Power Supply board picture

Finally was able to send the picture. I am trying to repair the HP2408 LCD monitor, and will appreciate to know and order the repair kit for it. Hope that with this picture you can tell the mobo and what is needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

What are the symptoms of the unit? Do you get you power? Blinking power light?
