Hello,

We don't have that model listed to be able to get the power supply information. If you could post a picture of the power supply board and we will go from there to get you the correct caps for the rebuild. We have them in stock we just need to get the values for the board.

Did not get any image posted. Are you using the upload attachment tab at the bottom of the reply box?

Hello,

The power supply FSP-43-2PI-1 that is used in the Hanns-g HX192D monitor is the same one used in the Viewsonic N2751W and the Optiquest VS11674 monitors. The capacitors that need to be replaced are as follows:
2x 1000uF 10v
3x 470uf 25v
1x 470uF 10v
1x 22uF 50v

See picture below. I just added the parts kit to our site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21_31&products_id=85

Hey Guys,

I purchased a repair kit on the 9th and my account says it shipped on the 10th it is now the 22nd Lousianna is not that far from Illinois. Can you check to see if you can put a tracer on them? How did you ship them First Class or flat rate?
