I am new to this forum and have already learned a lot. I have always been interested in electronic repair. Anyway on with my problem.I have a Staples sp7106 monitor. The light comes on but the screen is black. The back lights are good. Caps are ok. Is there somewhere I can get more info on this monitor( schematics etc ). Any help that you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Hello and Welcome to our forums,
First off Staples of course does not make the monitor its just branded for them. We will need to get more details from the unit to determine who actually made the unit. On the back of the monitor there should be a sticker with the model # and hopefully a FCC id #. If you can find the FCC # we can get the manufacturer. Also if you could post some pictures of the power board and control board we may be able to identify it better.
